Residential Lettings

Emma, who is MARLA accredited, and Jonny ably head up our award winning Lettings department. We know that every landlord is different, therefore we offer a wide range of letting services to suit. All the tenants we put forward are correctly vetted both financially and personally and we are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and Rent Guarantee Scheme giving landlords peace of mind.

Our aim is not only to rent your property quickly and at the best possible price; it is also to provide our clients with the highest standards of service and help landlords overcome the compliance minefield. Commercial

We have developed an enviable commercial team which is headed up by one of our directors Joe.

He has a real passion for commercial property and is highly respected throughout the region.

Joe sells, lets and acquires all types of commercial property including town centre retail units, hotels, offices, warehouses, investments and is the retained agent for most of Scarborough’s commercial landlords

Management

Emma and Jonny form the management team and between them they act for a range of residential landlords. They are meticulous in their approach and will make sure your investment is properly looked after.

New Homes, Land and Developments

We are retained agents for a number of local developers who specialise building new homes. We also have acted on behalf of local land owners who have sold development land to national house builders such as Persimmon, Barratt and David Wilson Homes.

Surveys

We no longer carry out RICS Homebuyer surveys, however still retain excellent connections. We are happy to recommend local surveyors who have a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Valuations & Professional

Joe is a chartered surveyor and carries out red book valuations of behalf of a number of high street banks together with professional work such as rent reviews and lease renewals
